Responsibilities:
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment according to Company preventative maintenance program Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Diagnose problems, replace or repair broken or damaged equipment, test and make adjustments Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment including PLC's, mechanical components, power supplies, drives, and test equipment Document maintenance activities by means of manual documents, computer data entry, and equipment identification Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Notify Supervision of equipment irregularities, investigate repetitive failures and recommend solutions Perform other duties as requested by Supervisior Proficiency with robotics a plus Job Type:
