This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently and effectively.

Enter new used auto parts into the inventory database Update existing parts information in the database as needed Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system Perform regular audits of the database to identify and correct any errors Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary information to complete data entry tasks Respond to customer inquiries regarding inventory availability Perform other related duties as assigned Competencies Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in parts sales and or data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Physical demands Standing for long periods of time Travel required No travel required Required education and experience High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred education and experience Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision Accident/Critical Illness Employer Paid Life Insurance Vol.
